21st session of the Administrative Committee
At its session held on 11 May, the Administrative Committee discussed the Report of the Republic Electoral Commission on the election of a deputy in order to fill a vacant seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, and adopted a report proposing the verification of the mandate of deputy Blagica Kostic, elected on the Serbian Renewal Movement - New Serbia - Vuk Draskovic - Velimir Ilic Electoral List.

The Committee discussed several requests submitted by judicial officials for approvals for starting criminal proceedings against certain deputies, and adopted the proposal of a Decision establishing the immunity of all deputies cited in the requests.
The session was chaired by the Committee’s vice-chairman, Petar Cvetkovic.
