21st Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee

At the sitting held on 27 November 2025, the Culture and Information Committee considered the Bill amending the Law on Public Media Services, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, in detail.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the four amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Media Services.

presented by representative of the submitter Maja Milenkovic of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications. Following a debate, the Committee members accepted the Bill in principle, by majority vote.

The sitting, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, was chaired by Committee Chairperson Nevena Djuric and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Milosevic, Doc. Dr Rastislav Dinic, Natasa Milic Milas, Nebojsa Bakarec, Branimir Jovanovic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Natasa Jovanovic, Nevena Djuric, Dusan Maric, Branko Miljus, Lepomir Ivkovic and Ivana Rokvic.
