20th session of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the Committee’s session held on 7 December 2004, members of the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Repealing Certain Acts, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At the Committee’s session held on 7 December 2004, members of the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Repealing Certain Acts, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The session discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Powers of State Bodies in Proceedings Against Perpetrators of War Crimes, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Of the four amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee endorsed three.
The Committee decided to ask the Ministry of Justice for an analysis of the situation in courts of general competence, the Commercial Court and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Jovan Palalic.
