20th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 22 July, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, in detail, and the Proposal to hold a Committee sitting outside of the National Assembly headquarters.

The Committee accepted none of the 46 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, which were not accepted by the Government either. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 1 of the Bill which the Committee members accepted unanimously.

The Committee members went on to unanimously accept the Committee Chairman Dejan Radenkovic’s proposal to hold the next Committee sitting outside of the National Assembly headquarters, in Arandjelovac.

The Committee members endorsed the Committee Chairman’s proposal that the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications should once again be the patron of the gathering organised by Eurosphere.

This sitting was chaired by Dejan Radenkovic, Committee Chairman.
