In order to provide expert explanations of Serbia’s new obligations important for the monitoring of the Law on Climate Change, the Committee compiled a list of relevant participants and adopted the proposal to organise a public hearing with the theme: “Implementation of the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP 26 Agreement in Serbia”, to be held on Friday, 3 December 2021 in the Grand Hall of the National Assembly Building, 14 Kralja Milana Street.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ljubinko Rakonjac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zarko Bogatinovic Jasmina Karanac, Jelena Obradovic, Vladimir Grahovac, Dragana Radinovic, Tomislav Jankovic, Vesna Krisanov, Gojko Palalic, Stanislava Janosevic, Marija Todorovic and Dragan M. Markovic. The sitting was also attended by representatives of the Green Chair mechanism.
