The Committee members discussed, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Judges and the Bill amending the Law on Public Prosecution, submitted by a group of MPs. The bills were elaborated on the behalf of the submitters by MP Biljana Pantic Pilja.

Following a short debate, the Committee members unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending the Law on Judges and the Bill amending the Law on Public Prosecution, in principle.

The Committee also discussed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Spain on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, which was elaborated by Zlatko Petkovic, senior officer at the Ministry of Justice.

The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Spain on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee Chairman then proceeded to inform the Committee members that a working group has been set up to process the proposals addressed to the Committee, comprising Olgica Batic, Zivan Djurisic and Nedjo Jovanovic.
