18th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 27 November 2025, the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the Bill on Healthcare and Health Insurance of Military Insured, submitted by the Government, in detail.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 21 amendments submitted to the Bill.

The Committee went on to consider in detail the Bill on Military Education, to which the MPs had submitted five amendments that the Committee did not accept.

After consideration, of the 21 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces, the Committee accepted none.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Milovan Drecun, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Radoslav Radojicic, Darko Jovanovic, Dane Stanojcic, Tomislav Jankovic, Jasmina Obradovic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Ugljesa Markovic, Marija Jevdjic, Aleksandar Djukic, Djordjo Djordjic, Stefan Janjic, MP Petar Boskovic who is not member of the Committee, as well as Minister Bratislav Gasicand associates.
