18th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 23 July, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Proposal of the Decision on the conditions and manner of use of service vehicles for the needs of the National Assembly, submitted by MP Zoran Babic.
Explaining the Decision Proposal, Zoran Babic said that it regulated the conditions and manner of use of service vehicles for the needs of the National Assembly, description of duties and tasks which allow the possible use of service vehicles, as well as the circle of people who have the right to use them. Babic also added that the Decision Proposal, compared to the decision currently in force, narrows the circle of people who have the right to regular use of service vehicles.
The Committee members unanimously adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the conditions and manner of use of service vehicles for the needs of the National Assembly, submitted by MP Zoran Babic.
The Committee also discussed the information of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Marko Djurisic to maintain order at the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014. The Committee members decided to fine MP Marko Djurisic for the one reprimand issued to him to maintain order at session.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
