18th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature

At the request of the Government, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the 18th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, for Monday, 14 February 2022, starting at 10 am.

The Government’s request set the following one-item agenda:

  1. Bill amending the Law on the Provisional Register of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia Aged 16 to 29 to whom Financial Assistance is Paid to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Virus, submitted by the Government.
The National Assembly commenced and concluded a debate in principle on the only item on the agenda presented by Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali.

As there have been no amendments submitted to the Bill, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Elvira Kovacs set Monday, 14 February 2022, as Voting Day on the only item on the agenda of the 18th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, starting at 5.30 pm. 

Voting Day 

On Voting Day, 14 February 2022, the National Assembly adopted the Bill amending the Law on the Provisional Register of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia Aged 16 to 29 to whom Financial Assistance is Paid to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Virus, submitted by the Government.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the only item on the agenda and ruled on it, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic concluded the 18th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature.
