188th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 2 March, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill on Employees in Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units.
The Committee found 282 of the 283 amendments submitted to the Bill to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, whereas the amendment submitted to Article 48 by MPs Nenad Canak, Bojan Kostres, Olena Papuga, Nada Lazic, Djordje Stosic and Dejan Capo was found not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Committee members and deputy members Mirko Cikiriz, Dragan Nikolic, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Balint Pasztor, Zarko Micin, Svetislav Vukmirica, Nedjo Jovanovic and Petar Petrovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
