The Committee unanimously found all of the 149 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Salary System of Employees in the Public Sector, to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found all 88 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on General Administrative Procedure, as well as the one amendment, with correction, submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Territorial Organisation of the Republic of Serbia, to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was attended by Committee members and deputy members Svetislav Vukmirica, Zivan Djurisic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Balint Pasztor, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Zarko Micin, Dragan Polovina, Veroljub Arsic, Biljana Pantic Pilja and Petar Petrovic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
