17th Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

At the sitting held on 8 November 2021, the Environmental Protection Committee considered, in principle, the Bill on Biocidal Products and the Bill amending the Law on Integrated Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members accepted, in principle, the Bill on Biocidal Products, presented by Assistant Minister of Environmental Protection Aleksandra Imsiragic Djuric.

The Committee also considered the amendment submitted to Article 66 by MP Gojko Palalic, which both the Committee members and Government representatives accepted.

The Committee went on to accept, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Integrated Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, also presented by Assistant Minister of Environmental Protection Aleksandra Imsiragic Djuric.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Ljubinko Rakonjac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jasmina Karanac, Olja Petrovic, Ákos Újhelyi, Tomislav Jankovic, Vesna Krisanov, Mina Kitanovic, Gojko Palalic, Nevenka Kostadinova, Marija Todorovic, Jelena Obradovic, Vladimir Grahovac and Aleksandar Jugovic.
