17th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 11 May 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered five of the bills on the agenda of the 11th Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021.

The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly adopt the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Seal of State and Other Authorities, submitted by the Government and presented by State Secretary in the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Maja Macuzic Puzic.

The Committee also decided to propose that the National Assembly adopt the Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Belarus, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on Transfer of Convicts and Cooperation in Execution of Criminal Sanctions, submitted by the Government and presented by Assistant Minister of Justice Nikola Naumovski.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Biljana Pantic Pilja and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nenad Baros, Djordje Dabic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Daniel Gyivanovity, Dejan Kesar, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Bratimir Vasiljevic, Dubravka Kralj, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Velibor Milojicic and Marijan Risticevic.
