171st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 1 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the four bills submitted by the Government and included in the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016.
The Committee members reviewed and found the Bill on International Restrictive Measures, Bill on the Confirmation of the European Outline Convention on Transfrontier Cooperation Between territorial Communities or Authorities, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Lebanon on Visa Abolition for Bearers of Diplomatic, Special and Service Passports and the Bill on Sports, submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Bill on Sports was elaborated by Minister of Youth and Sports Vanja Udovicic.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by Committee members Balint Pasztor, Jelisaveta Pribojac, Jasmina Obradovic, Branka Jankovic, Dragan Polovina, Petar Petrovic, Dragan Nikolic, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Svetislav Vukmirica, Nedjo Jovanovic and Veroljub Arsic.
