16th Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

At the sitting held on 7 October 2021, the Environmental Protection Committee considered the Bill on Protection from Noise Pollution in the Environment, submitted by the Government, in detail.

Two amendments had been submitted to the Bill viz. to Article 34 by MP Djordje Komlenski, and to Article 40 by MP Zoran Tomic. The Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept both.

Pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 6, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee went on to submit two amendments of its own, to articles 39 and 41 of the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Zarko Bogatinovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jasmina Karanac, Olja Petrovic, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Tomislav Jankovic, Vesna Krisanov, Mina Kitanovic, Gojko Palalic, Jelena Obradovic, Marija Todorovic and Dragan Markovic.
