Out of the 100 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land, the Committee members found all to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for five: the amendment adding Article 1a after Article 1, amendment adding Article 2a after Article 2, amendment adding Article 12a after Article 12, the amendment to Article 13 and the amendment adding Article 13a after Article 13, which the Committee rejected as incomplete.

The Committee members found all 92 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Soil Protection to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also reviewed the three amendments submitted to the Bill on Cooperatives by the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy, and found them to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.
