15th session of the Industry Committee
At its session held on 31 March 2005, the Industry Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the request of the Ministry of Mining and Energy for the appointment of members of the commission to conduct tender proceedings for granting concessions for examining and utilising mines.
At its session held on 31 March 2005, the Industry Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the request of the Ministry of Mining and Energy for the appointment of members of the commission to conduct tender proceedings for granting concessions for examining and utilising mines.
At the request of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted decisions on granting concessions for examining and utilising mineral resources. On the basis of the Concessions Act, concessions are granted after a public tender procedure is conducted by a tender commission. The Commission is to be formed by the Minister of Mining and Energy, while the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia shall appoint one member of the commission.
The Industry Committee appointed Committee member Dragan M. Jovanovic member of the commission for conducting tender procedure for the Crni Vrh ore field for the area of Coka Kupjatra, Srboljub Dzamic member for the area of Coka Kuruga, and Sredoje Mihajlov member for the area of Tilva Njarga. Deputy Ljubisa Djokovic was appointed member of the commission for conducting tender procedure under the Decision on granting concession for examining and utilising boron ore at the Jarandol tertiary basin, in the area of Baljevac.
The session was chaired by the chairman of the Industry Committee, Veroljub Stevanovic.
