At the sitting held on 8 April, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously elected Irena Vujovic of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Committee Deputy Chairperson.
The Committee members conducted an interview with Radomir Zivkovic, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Democratic Republic of Congo, before deployment for diplomatic duty.

Ambassador Zivkovic pointed out that the military-economic cooperation leaves room for improvement as does the cooperation in the spheres of energy, infrastructure and agriculture. According to Ambassador Zivkovic bilateral cooperation needs to be improved and parliamentary cooperation should be activated to which end the two countries’ parliaments should launch initiatives for the formation of parliamentary friendship groups.
