15th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 20 April 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on Register of Administrative Procedures, submitted by the Government, in principle.


Ninoslav Kekic, Assistant Director of the Republic Public Policy Secretariat, said that the Bill on Register of Administrative Procedures regulates the establishment, management and conduct, manner of use and other issues of importance for the management of Register of Administrative Procedures. It also defines the tenets for the management and conduct of administrative procedures as well as the content of the Register visible on the eGovernment portal.

The Committee unanimously adopted the Bill on Register of Administrative Procedures.

The Committee went on to formulate the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Misdemeanors Court in Lazarevac.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Djordje Dabic, Daniel Gyivanovity, Dejan Kesar, Dubravka Kralj, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Velibor Milojicic and Dragan M. Markovic.
