15th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 17 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the act proposals on the agenda for the Third Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Committee members found the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank “Road Rehabilitation and Safety”, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Road Rehabilitation and Traffic Safety Improvement Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Road Rehabilitation and Traffic Safety Improvement Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also ascertained that the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 April to 30 June 2013, submitted by the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, accompanied by the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Information for the period 1 April to 30 September 2013, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 July to 31 December 2013, submitted by the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, Fiscal Council 2013 Activity Report, submitted by the Fiscal Council of the Republic of Serbia, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending and the Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House 2013 Business Report with the Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House 2013 Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report, submitted by the Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House a.d., accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, complied with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
