14th session of the Justice Committee
At its fourteenth session, held on 11 October, the Justice Committee discussed several reports and established the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of Judges of Courts of General Competence and Special Tribunals.
At its fourteenth session, held on 11 October, the Justice Committee discussed several reports and established the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of Judges of Courts of General Competence and Special Tribunals. Grounds for termination of office are pensioning age, personal requests, and in one case each permanent disability, incompetence and lack of work skills, and unfitness for office.
The session also discussed the report on the termination of office of public prosecutors, and ruled that the office of two public prosecutors should be terminated.
