The Committee members considered the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union, on the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Single Market Programme and the text of the between the European Union, on the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Single Market Programme, submitted by the Government requesting consent from the competent committee for the provisional implementation of the Agreement, pending its entry into force. The basis for the conclusion of the Agreement was presented, on behalf of the Ministry of Economy, by Assistant Minister Katarina Obradovic Jovanovic and Miona Popovic Majkic, Head of the Group.

Following a discussion, the Committee members decided to grant consent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the provisional implementation of the Agreement pending its entry into force.
