14th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 6 September 2023, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Dual Education in detail. Of the 73 amendments submitted to the Bill, Minister of Education Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and the Committee members accepted three, rejecting the remaining 70.
Minister of Education Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and the Committee members accepted both of the Committee amendments submitted to Article 20 and Article 21 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on National Qualifications Framework of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee went on to consider the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education in detail. Minister of Education Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and the Committee members accepted none of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill,
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Zivan Bajic, Stojan Radenovic, Tatjana Medved, Prof. Dr Mirka Lukic-Sarkanovic, Jelena Obradovic, Dejana Vasic, Prof. Dr Jahja Fehratovic, Dragana Miljanic, Dr Tatjana Jovanovic, Natasa Ivanovic, Ljubinko Djurkovic and MA Djordje Kosanic.
