14th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society

At the sitting held on 18 November 2021, before moving on to the agenda, the members of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered the Republic of Serbia 2022 Budget Bill, Section 26 - Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

The Bill was presented by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development Dr Ivica Radovic who stressed that the Republic of Serbia recognises the significance and role of education by allocating considerable funds primarily for the related infrastructure, especially in the area of high technologies which is a covenant for the future and encouragement for the young people who want to develop their skills in that field and contribute to it. The funds allocated by the 2022 Budget are 252.8 billion RSD.

The Committee unanimously adopted the Republic of Serbia 2022 Budget Bill, Section 26 - Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Samira Cosovic, Nandor Kiss, Goran Spasojevic, Milijana Sakic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Milica Dacic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Bratislav Jugovic and Nevena Djuric.
