143rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 3 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the two bills proposed for discussion at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The Committee members found the Bill on Strong Alcoholic Beverages and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Sediment Management to the Framework Agreement on the Sava River Basin, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
