13th session of the Legislative Committee
The thirteenth session of the Legislative Committee discussed, and in principle adopted, the Bill on the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest in Performing Public Office, the Bill on the Settling of Obligations of the Republic of Serbia Arising from the Loan for Economic Development, as well as Bills Amending and Modifying the Act on the Guarantee Fund, the Act on the Financial Transactions Tax, the Act on the Tax on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, the Excise Act and the Payment Operations Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Members of the Committee also endorsed a number of amendments submitted to some of the Bills.
The session was held on 6 April, and was chaired by Milos Aligrudic, chairman of the Committee.
