13th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the Justice and Administration Committee’s thirteenth session, Jovan Palalic was elected chairman of the Committee, while Vjerica Radeka was elected vice-chairperson.
At the Justice and Administration Committee’s thirteenth session, Jovan Palalic was elected chairman of the Committee, while Vjerica Radeka was elected vice-chairperson.
The Committee discussed the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Judges, submitted by the High Judicial Council. In considering the Proposal, the Committee did not endorse the suggestion of the High Judicial Council that Radoslav Simic, Nevena Mitic and Zora Jamusakov should be elected judges of, respectively, the Jagodina District Court, the Leskovac Municipal Court and the Novi Sad District Court.
The Committee was acquainted with the Information issued by the High Judicial Council to the effect that the National Assembly had, at its session held on 30 June 2004, elected Dragan Jovanovic, who had been nominated for the position of judge of the Krusevac Municipal Court, to the position of public prosecutor at the Krusevac Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office. The Committee was also informed that Ilija Zindovic, who had been nominated for the position of judge of the Kraljevo Commercial Court, had withdrawn his nomination.
