13th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 31 August, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copies in detail.
The MPs had submitted 23 amendments to the Bill out of which the Government and the Committee adopted two, while the rest were not accepted. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to the Bill viz. to article 12.
The Committee members then proceeded to review the Bill on Trade in Real Estate in detail. The MPs had submitted 20 amendments to the Bill. The Government and the Committee adopted four, while the rest were not accepted. The Committee submitted two amendments of its own to the Bill viz. to articles 15 and 16.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
