By majority vote, it was decided to complete a joint debate in principle on all the items on the agenda, as per Article 76 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Committee members found, by majority vote, all the bills on the agenda to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

In the continuation of the sitting, the Committee forwarded an opinion to the Constitutional Court regarding the initiative to launch proceedings to assess the constitutionality of the Law on Special Procedures for the Realization of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO BELGRADE 2027, especially the provisions of Article 14 of the Law.

The Committee also forwarded an opinion to the Constitutional Court on the submitted initiatives to launch proceedings to assess the constitutionality and compliance with the ratified international agreement of the provisions of Article 26, paragraph 2, item 4) and paragraph 8 and Article 29, paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 80/02, 84/02, 23/03, 70/03, 55/04, 61/05, 85/05 (other regulation), 62/06 (second regulation), 61/07, 20/09, 72/09 (second regulation), 53/10, 101/11, 2/12, 93/12, 47/13, 108/13, 68/14, 105/14, 91/15 (Authentic Interpretation), 112/15, 15/16, 108/ 16, 30/18, 95/2018, 86/2019, 144/2020, 96/2021 and 138/2022.

Also, the Committee forwarded an opinion to the Constitutional Court regarding the initiative to launch proceedings to assess the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 3, item 14) and Article 3, item 14) of the Law on Communal Activities.

The Committee also adopted the Decision amending the Decision on the establishment of the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process, submitted by the People's Movement of Serbia - New Face of Serbia Parliamentary Group.
