13th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 26 January 2023, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the following bills submitted by the Government, in principle:


  1. Bill on Judges;
  2. Bill on Organisation of Courts;
  3. Bill on Public Prosecution;
  4. Bill on High Judicial Council;
  5. Bill on High Prosecutorial Council;
  6. Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court;
  7. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities Combating High Technology Crime;
  8. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings;
  9. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Terrorism and Corruption;
  10. Bill amending the Law on the Design and Use of the Coat-of-Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia;
  11. Bill amending the Law on Publishing Laws and Other Regulations and Acts.
The Committee found all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dubravka Kralj, Milica Nikolic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Zoran Tomic, Sanja Lakic, Nenad Mitrovic, Dr Zika Bujuklic, Nebojsa Cakic, Pavle Gavrilovic, Olja Petrovic, Ljubinko Djurkovic and Zvonimir Stevic.
