139th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 7 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Proposal for an authentic interpretation of the provisions of articles 27, 28, 40 and 71 of the Law on Corporate Profit Tax (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 25/01, 80/02, 80/02- state law, 43/03, 84/04 and 18/10), and Article 41, paragraph 3, of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 80/02, 84/02-amendment, 23/03- amendment, 70/03, 55/04, 61/05, 85/05-state law, 62/06-state law and 61/07), submitted by MP Dragan Nikolic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
