135th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 September, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the 21 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law, and found them all compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Serbian Ministry of Finance, and chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
