At its twelfth session, the Committee on Justice and Administration endorsed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Ministries Act. The Bill was presented by Zoran Stojkovic, the Minister of Justice.

The session agreed that the Committee should visit the Belgrade District Prison, administered by the Correctional Services Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee requested the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-government for minutes on the transfer of authority between the Agency for the Improvement of State Administration and the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-government.
