Milan Bacevic, Minister of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning, answered the Committee members’ questions about the Ministry’s activities on current environmental protection issues in the course of said trimester. The Committee members drew particular attention to the problem of non-adoption of by-laws, deeming that it greatly influences the implementation of adopted laws in the sphere. They proposed that the Ministry should forward a list of by-laws to the Committee the deadline for the adoption of which had expired, and that it should be contained within the Ministry’s activity information for the remaining quarter of the year.

The Committee unanimously adopted the proposal to submit a report to the National Assembly saying that it had considered the Information and decided to accept it without comment.
