Out of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salary System of Public Sector Employees, the Government and the Committee accepted one, submitted to Article 3 of the Bill by MP Srbislav Filipovic, while the rest were not accepted.

Out of the 15 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation of Courts, the Government and the Committee accepted one, submitted to Article 2 of the Bill by MP Dr Vladimir Orlic, while the rest of the amendments were not accepted.

The Committee then proceeded to formulate the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Commercial Court of Appeal Miroslav Nikolic, due to his election for judge of the Constitutional Court, and forwardd it to the National Assembly for consideration and ruling by urgent procedure, in line with Article 167 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
