12th Sitting of the Committee on Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 29 June 2023, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered the Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2023 and the Ministry of Tourism and Youth Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2023.
The Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2023 was presented by Minister Tomislav Momirovic who spoke about the prepared foreign trade agreements with Asian countries, limiting the price of basic foodstuffs and oil derivatives and other inflation reduction measures. Following a discussion, the Committee voted to adopt the Ministry Report.
The Committee members were then presented the Ministry of Tourism and Youth Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2023, by State Secretary Uros Kandic who spoke of the activities, promotions and trainings the Ministry had conducted in said period. He also spoke about infrastructure projects, allocation of tourist incentive loans, as well as the realisation of the voucher project for the subsidised use of accommodation services for certain population categories.
Following a discussion, the Committee decided to accept the Ministry of Tourism and Youth Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2023.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Dejan Radenkovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Zivan Bajic, Dalibor Jekic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Zoram Tomic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Miodrag Gavrilovic, Zoran Zecevic, Ugljesa Markovic and Zivota Starcevic, as well as MP Radmila Vasic who is not member of the Committee.
