12th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 24 July 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

Acting in accordance with the provisions of Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MPs Ljubinko Djurkovic, elected from Electoral List DR MILOS JOVANOVIC – HOPE FOR SERBIA – Serbia Coalition HOPE – National Democratic Alternative – New Democratic Party of Serbia (New DSS) – Movement for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia (POKS) – Vojislav Mihailovic and Edin Numanovic, elected from Electoral List USAME ZUKORLIC – UNITED FOR JUSTICE - JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY – BOSNIAKS OF SANDZAK, TOMISLAV ZIGMANOV – DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE OF CROATS IN VOJVODINA, and ascertained that the data on the election of the MPs are identical to the ones in the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission allowing for the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs.

By majority vote, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly, immediately after the reception of this report, note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs Ljubinko Djurkovic and Edin Numanovic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Jelena Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Uros Djokic, Stefan Janjic, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Vojislav Mihailovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic and Stefan Kitanovic.
