120th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Information and Media and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Reciprocal Establishment of Cultural Centres, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members found both bills compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Dragana Vujic of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Snezana Pecancic, Sasa Mirkovic and Dejan Stojanovic of the Ministry of Culture and Media.
