11th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 27 December, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Takeover of Joint Stock Companies, submitted by the Government.
Out of the 150 amendments submitted to the Bill, one was withdrawn. The Government accepted the amendment submitted to Article 25 of the Bill by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
Following a debate the Committee members accepted the amendment accepted by the submitter.
The Committee Chairperson was elected Committee rapporteur to the National Assembly sitting.
On the behalf of the submitter the sitting was attended by Vesna Radivojevic, independent advisor from the Financial System Sector, and Lana Jankovic, senior advisor of the Securities Commission, at the Ministry of Finance.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milimir Vujadinovic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Radmilo Kostic, Zoran Bojanic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Ivan Manojlovic, Snezana Paunovic, Tomislav Ljubenovic, Veroljub Stevanovic, Natasa Mihailovic Vacic and Slavisa Ristic.
Following a debate the Committee members accepted the amendment accepted by the submitter.
