118th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 24 June, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, submitted by the Government.
The Committee also found the one amendment submitted to the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Improvement of Land Administration in Serbia Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
