113th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 1 July 2019, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda of the 12th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature.

The Committee found all of the 51 amendments submitted to the Bill on Science and Research to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found all 28 of the amendments submitted to the Bill ascertaining eminent domain and special procedures for the realization of project infrastructure corridor of E-761 highway, section Pojate - Preljina, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

All 78 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Municipal Militia were found to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also found the amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bajro Gegic, Vojislav Vujic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.
