112th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 24 June, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the 12th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature.


The Committee members found the Bill on Science and Research, Bill ascertaining eminent domain and special procedures for the realization of project infrastructure corridor of E-761 highway, section Pojate - Preljina, Bill on Municipal Militia and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods, submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bajro Gegic, Vojislav Vujic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.
