10th Sitting of the of the Security Services Control Committee
At the sitting held on 19 February, the Security Services Control Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Military Security Agency and Military Intelligence Agency, in detail.
The sitting was attended by Nikola Selakovic, Minister of Justice and Public Administration, representatives of the Military Security Agency and Military Intelligence Agency and Ombudsman Sasa Jankovic.
Having reviewed the amendments, the Committee decided to propose that, out of the 19 amendments submitted, the National Assembly should accept three amendments submitted by the MPs and one amendment submitted by the Ombudsman. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly reject 15 amendments.
The representative of the submitter accepted the amendments the Committee submitted to articles 8, 10, 11 and 17 of the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jadranka Joksimovic.
