10th Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 9 February 2021, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee adopted the proposal that the 58th meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Legal and Political Affairs Committee be held in Serbia on 13 and 14 October 2021.


The Committee went on to adopt the invitation to the virtual interparliamentary conference on the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy, to be held on 3 and 4 March 2021, under the auspices of the Portuguese Presidency of the EU Council.

The Committee members noted the coming regular activities of the National Assembly’s standing delegations and adopted reports on visits realised. The Committee also noted the parliamentary and other contacts realised.

The Committee went on to note the changes in the composition of the parliamentary friendship groups with Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Syria, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stefan Srbljanovic, Tihomir Petkovic, Natasa Mihailovic Vacic, Elvira Kovacs, Goran Milic, Dubravka Filipovski, Lav-Grigorije Pajkic, Djordje Milicevic, Vesna Rankovic, Dragan Sormaz, Vesna Markovic and Dusica Stojkovic.
