On the second day of the proceedings, 5 May, the National Assembly commenced a joint debate on items 5 to 7 on the agenda.
The bills were presented by Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Darija Kisic Tepavcevic and Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Branko Ruzic as representatives of the submitter.
By the end of the day, the National Assembly completed the joint debate on the Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Quebec, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol to amending and modifying the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the United States of America relating to Scientific and Technical Cooperation, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Plant Quarantine and Plant Protection.
On the third day of the proceedings, 6 May 2021, before moving on to the agenda, the heads i.e. authorised representatives of the parliamentary groups, MPs Milija Miletic, Arpad Fremond, Snezana Paunovic and Milenko Jovanov, requested information and explanations in line with article 287 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
The National Assembly went on to complete a joint single debate on items 8 and 9 on the agenda and considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Culture and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Doping in Sports.
As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic set Thursday, 6 May 2021, as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda of the 10th Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021, starting at 6.05 pm.
Voting Day
On Voting Day, 6 May 2021, the National Assembly adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Culture, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Accreditation, Bill on Precious Metal Articles, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Doping in Sports, submitted by the Government.

By majority vote, the MPs adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, without candidate Natasa Jovanovic whose proposal was contested by MP Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic concluded the 10th Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021.
