10th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 2 March 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The Decision Proposal was presented by Ivan Jovicic, Vice-President of the High Judicial Council, after which the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept said Decision Proposal.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Dejan Kesar, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Dubravka Kralj, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Djordje Komlenski, Velibor Milojicic and Jelena Zaric Kovacevic.
