10th Sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction
At the sitting held on 23 October, the members of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction discussed the four bills on the agenda for the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The bills were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Policy.
The Committee members discussed and, by a majority vote, decided to accept the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2014 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the National Employment Service 2014 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2014 Financial Plan, section 28, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Policy.
The Committee members went on to discuss and accept the Bill on temporary regulation of salary i.e. wages and other steady income calculation and payment bases of public fund users, Bill on temporary regulation of pension payment and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance.
The sitting was chaired by Dr Vesna Rakonjac, Committee Chairperson.
