10th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society

At the sitting held on 29 June 2021, the members of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered, in detail, the Bill on Student Organisation and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, submitted by the Government.

MP Sandra Bozic had submitted three amendments to the Bill on Student Organisation articles 5, 6 and 7, and out of the three the Committee adopted the two submitted to articles 5 and 7 and proposed that the National Assembly accept them.

Of the five amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education - by MP Sandra Bozic to Article 3, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic to Article 20, Sandra Jokovic to Article22, Mladen Boskovic to Article 27 and Dr Aleksandar Martinovic to Article 32, the Committee accepted the one submitted by MP Sandra Bozic and also submitted an amendment of its own.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Academician Dr Muamer Zukorlic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nandor Kiss, Goran Spasojevic, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Milijana Sakic, Milica Dacic, Marina Ragus, Milos Bandjur, Natasa Jovanovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Vladica Maricic, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Bratislav Jugovic and Nevena Djuric.
