10th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 17 December 2024, the members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee discussed the monitoring of the execution of the Rulebook on Registering Agricultural Households, change of data and renewal of registration, electronic management as well as conditions for the passive status of agricultural households, with a special focus on the procedures for the determination of the passive status of agricultural households registered in the Register of Agricultural Households and adoption of individual legal acts, especially those ascertaining the passive status of agricultural households the bearers of which are Zlatko Kokanovic from the village of Gornje Nedeljice near Loznica and Predrag Veljkovic from the village of Pekcanica near Kraljevo, and, potentially other bearers whose passive status had been ascertained in the past 30 days.

On behalf of the competent Ministry the sitting was attended by State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Jelena Blagojevic and Assistant Minister Teodora Jakovljevic.

Following the discussion, the Committee members adopted the Conclusion on the monitoring of the execution of the Rulebook on Registering Agricultural Households, change of data and renewal of registration, electronic management as well as conditions for the passive status of agricultural households, with a special focus on the procedures for the determination of the passive status of agricultural households registered in the Register of Agricultural Households and adoption of individual legal acts, especially those ascertaining the passive status of agricultural households the bearers of which are Zlatko Kokanovic from the village of Gornje Nedeljice near Loznica and Predrag Veljkovic from the village of Pekcanica near Kraljevo, and, potentially other bearers whose passive status had been ascertained in the past 30 days.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic, and attended by the following Subcommittee members and deputy members: Veroljub Matic, Zika Gojkovic, Sanela Strainovic, Dejan Bulatovic, Ivana Stamatovic, Radoslav Milojicic, Milija Miletic, Dejan Radovic, Jozsef Tobias, Goran Petkovic, Dragan Jonic, Borislav Antonijevic, Dusan Kikezic, Miroslav Aleksic and Slobodan Ilic. MPs Srdjan Milivojevic, Aleksandar Jovanovic and Dr Ana Jakovljevic were also in attendance.
