At its session held on 22 December 2005, the Legislative Committee reviewed the text of the Bill Amending and Modifying the Code on Criminal Proceedings, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, from a legal and technical standpoint.

The Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic, was appointed the Committee’s Rapporteur at the sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
